A Personal Perspective on Immigration
Omar Novillo’s connection to immigration is both professional and personal.
Having lived in 10 different countries and visited more than 50, Omar has firsthand experience navigating life across borders and adapting to different immigration systems. That perspective shapes the way he approaches his clients and their cases.
Omar entered immigration law because he viewed the law as a way to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Family unity, dignity, and the ability for loved ones to remain present in one another’s lives were central to his decision to build a career in immigration law.
His early work in the nonprofit sector also shaped the kind of firm he wanted to create: one where service comes before sales and clients are treated as people rather than transactions.
